Vegetable Juice - A Healthy Breakfast Drink

Start your day with a healthy drink.



Ingredients:

1 Carrot
1 Cucumber
1/2  Malabar Cucumber (Dosakaya)
2 Tomatoes
1 Piece of Bottle Gourd (optional)
Few Mint and Coriander leaves
Pinch of Salt

Process:

1. Clean and peel Carrot, Cucumber, Malabar Cucumber and chop them into pieces.

2. Take a Mixer Jar and put the cut vegetables along with cubed Tomatoes. Run the Mixie for 30 Seconds on speed 1 and stop. Now  add washed Mint and Coriander leaves along with a pinch of Salt. Add 1/4 cup of water and grind the vegetables into smooth paste.

3. Now add 1 cup of water and run the mixie again. Strain the Juice and pour it into a glass.  Healthy fresh vegetable juice is ready to serve.



This can be served chilled or at room temperature. Consume when fresh.

Tip: You can add vegetables of your choice. Also, you can add a few drops of lemon and a table spoon of honey for a different taste.
